Maintenance and care:
1. When using for the first time or after a long period of disuse, anti-wear hydraulic oil should be added before normal operation, and the oil level should be maintained.
2. The operator should check the wire rope frequently. If one of the following situations occurs, the new wire rope should be replaced in time.
When the entire rope strand is broken.
When there are more than 9 broken wires outside the 80mm length range or more than 20 broken wires at 350mm.
When the outer diameter is reduced by more than 15% due to wear.
When the broken wires gather in the same strand or are concentrated in a very short range.
3. The length of the wire rope should be adjusted regularly or irregularly according to the situation to ensure that the workbench is in the lowest position and all 4 wire ropes are tightened.
4. The four safety locks should always ensure that they enter the hanging plate hole synchronously. If there is a lack of synchronization, they should be adjusted in time to ensure the safe operation of the machine.
5. The oil filter in the oil tank should be cleaned every 3 months. The hydraulic oil should be replaced after 3 months of use, and then every 6 months. When changing the oil, be sure to clean the oil tank and oil filter with gasoline.
6. If the local voltage fluctuation value exceeds 10%, a voltage stabilizer should be installed.
