Repair tire method
1.Clean the tire surface around the wound and mark.
2.Roughen the wound surface with grinding machine and roughen area is slightly larger than the wound.
3.Scribble the glue combined with raw rubber and gasoline( or hot repair glue) evenly on the roughen area with a brush.
4.Cut the appropriate size raw rubber and put it on the wound. Overlap the raw rubber if the wound is large.
5.Make the hot head press on raw rubber (if possible,pad a thin layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber), try to align the wound with the center of hot head, pressscrew, fix tires.
6.Turn on the power switch, and power indicator light.
7.Open timer switch, set at an appropriate position. Cold start can refer to “7”, the heat start time can be a little shorter. If you do not need timing can be set on the manual gear, then the hot head begin to work.
8.At the end of Vulcanizing, tire repair machine automatically cut off power of hot head.
9.Turn off the power switch with hand after vulcanizing.loose tire pressure screw, carefully remove the hot head and the tires, and complete the entire tire repair process.

Precautions
1.Power cord must be earthed and equipped with the best power leakage protection switch, and you must turn off the power when replace the fuse.
2.Carefully remove hot head to avoid burns.
3.Equipment must keep away from acid and other corrosive materials.
4.If you need repair elongated wound, you need equip with an oval plate. while mark with small eyes at both ends of the wound to prevent cracking inflated leak.
5.If there is dirt on the hot head after using, you need use sand leather to polish clean.otherwise it will affect the flatness and smoothness of Tyre repair.
