Internal structure: Contains reinforced nylon fibers with strong toughness. After tire repair, it is combined with the tire ply and binds rubber molecules in a network.
The unvulcanized rubber on the outside of the rubber strip reacts with the tire rubber to vulcanize and polymerize. The rubber strip and the tire form an integral rubber block. There is no dividing line between the rubber strip and the tire, effectively repairing leaks, with high strength and high stability.
Advantage
- The vulcanizable rubber strips fuse together to form a whole rubber block after vulcanization, and no gaps or boundaries can be found.
- Ordinary rubber strips cannot completely repair the wound. During normal driving, impurities erode, air runs out and the gap between the rubber strip and the tire continues to expand, increasing the risk of tire blowout.

The rubberstrip forms a whole rubber block with the tire, and there is no dividing linebetween the rubber strip and the tire boundary, which effectively traps, hashigh strength and high stability.
