Repair tire method
1.Clean the tire surface around the wound and mark.
2.Roughen the wound surface with grinding machine and roughen area is slightly larger than the wound.
3.Scribble the glue combined with raw rubber and gasoline( or hot repair glue) evenly on the roughen area with a brush.
4.Cut the appropriate size raw rubber and put it on the wound. Overlap the raw rubber if the wound is large.
5.Make the hot head press on raw rubber (if possible,pad a thin layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber), try to align the wound with the center of hot head, pressscrew, fix tires.
6.Turn off the power switch with hand after vulcanizing.loose tire pressure screw, remove the tires, and complete the entire tire repair process.
