Product features:
The seamless vulcanization machine is developed to maximize the service life of tires and enable them to be recycled. Its upper, lower, and side molds are designed according to the shape of the tire, and the upper and lower molds can be replaced according to the needs of use. Therefore, it has a good effect on repairing wounds and ruptures on the sidewall, crown, and shoulder of the tire, especially on the sidewall of the tire.
The temperature of the upper and lower molds, as well as the side molds of this machine, can be adjusted arbitrarily for 0-180 minutes for easy operation. Suitable for repairing tires of various sedans, off-road vehicles, and small and medium-sized trucks

Tire repair method
- Clean the tire surface around the wound and mark.
- Roughen the wound surface with grinding machine and roughen area is slightly larger than the wound.
- Scribble the glue combined with raw rubber and gasoline( or hot repair glue) evenly on the roughen area with a brush.
- Cut the appropriate size raw rubber and put it on the wound. Overlap the raw rubber if the wound is large.
- Make the hot head press on raw rubber (if possible,pad a thin layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber), try to align the wound with the center of hot head, pressscrew, fix tires.
- Turn off the power switch with hand after vulcanizing.loose tire pressure screw, remove the tires, and complete the entire tire repair process.
Precautions
- Power cord must be earthed and equipped with the best power leakage protection switch, and you must turn off the power when replace the fuse.
- Carefully remove hot head to avoid burns.
- Equipment must keep away from acid and other corrosive materials.
- If you need repair elongated wound, you need equip with an oval plate. while mark with small eyes at both ends of the wound to prevent cracking inflated leak.
- If there is dirt on the hot head after using, you need use sand leather to polish clean.otherwise it will affect the flatness and smoothness of Tyre repair.
